How do I rate a film that I don't even believe exists? "Time and Again", the beloved novel from the 1970's by Jack Finney, was never made into a movie, despite a number of ill-fated attempts over the years.
It is just beautiful. For themes, for storytelling, for the cinematography, for the end.
"Für Elise" is a Beethoven composition with a haunting refrain. The mysterious Elise, whose identity is lost to history, is as enigmatic as the fictional Carl Dusseck, who made the music box that has tormented those who open it and listen to Beethoven's immortal music.
